Exceptions: Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is publicly available or independently developed by us.

Indirect Damages: In no event shall Upwarks be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services.
Maximum Liability: Our maximum liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for our services.

Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State of Texas USA, Dallas Metroplex Area and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
